Welcome to HealHER

The group is led by Dr. Danielle Penson, a licensed clinician who guides group members with skilled practices.

Through daily circulation of posts, she is able to embrace various emotions of each member. Posts include personal topics, family matters, laughter, money management and a plethora of things that prompt simulated conversation.

The purpose of the group is to allow women an opportunity to be unapologetically themselves without judgment.

Through the group's interaction individuals are able to discuss everything that they are dealing with on their life journey. The group provides support and resources to assist with those challenges.

This group was created during the pandemic due to a therapeutic need for women to connect with other women. The group is a safe space where healing can occur through circulated post and open dialogue.

The facilitator posts 4-6 times a day along with other members. The topics vary, but they are all purposed to make you think and explore your emotional side. The goal is self-love, reflection, soul-searching and ultimate healing.
